All refunds can be made within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the products.

It is a prerequisite that the products received have been checked within 48 hours.

Completion of the Product Return Form.

After we are informed of the return via the Return Form, we will contact you to confirm the return.

You then send the product to our headquarters at the address below:

Attention! In case the returned product is defective or not in its original packaging or the corresponding document (Invoice) is not included, then it will be returned to the sender at your expense.

Finally, once the product has been received and checked, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.

* We would like to point out that when sending the products for return, it is necessary that the products are packed very well so that they are received in their original condition. Otherwise, if the products we receive are damaged, their return will not be accepted and they will be sent back to the sender at your expense.
